Saint Brendan is now installed in his rightful place among the clerestory windows at St. Mary’s Anglican Church here in Vancouver. This was a lovely project to work on, not only because John enjoyed depicting an Irish saint, but because all of the Celtic lands were represented. The benefactor and her husband are from Scottish descent, she loves the national flower of Wales; the daffodil, he spoke Welsh, and they both enjoyed spending as much time as possible in Ireland.
